If you would like to report a violation of the law or an act that is damaging to the company, you can do so easily, conveniently and, above all, without any risk via our whistleblower portal. Your report will then be sent directly to our external data protection officer (Sabine Thomas, Ingenieurbüro Plesnik GmbH), who is not subject to our instructions and guarantees complete confidentiality.

You can choose to submit your report or perception by name, under a pseudonym or completely anonymously. You will not incur any costs by using this whistleblower portal.

Your report will be received by the data protection officer and forwarded to us. She will ensure that your report - even if you report it by name - does not contain any clues as to your identity.
