Accessories for test benches
EFCO Booster
The air/nitrogen test pressure required for a test is provided either by a customer's pre-filled high-pressure cylinder or by an EFCO-Booster.
The EFCO booster compresses air or nitrogen up to 300 bar (4350 psi) (higher pressures available on request).
EFCO VALVE-DOC
The EFCO-VALVE-DOC is a documentation and management system for valve test benches:
- Mobile system for recording, evaluating and documenting valve tests
- Can be used for all existing valve test benches on the market
- User-friendly
- Available in many languages
The EFCO-VALVE-DOC is ready for immediate use. The software is pre-installed and configured. It only needs to be plugged in and the pressure sensors connected to the valve test bench.
The system is used to display and record:
- Set pressure and seat leakage tests of safety valves
- Body and seat leakage tests of shut-off valves
O-ring sealing plates
Special O-ring sealing plates made of alu/hardcoated for sealing flanged fittings.
Polyurethane sealing plates (Vulkollan)
Special sealing plates made of polyurethane for the sealing of flange fittings
Safety plugs (especially for safety valves)
For seat leakage testing of safety valves with air/nitrogen.
The plugs are inserted into the outlet of the safety valve for testing and connected to the bubble sight glass via a quick coupling.
Threaded adapter (for test pieces with threaded ends)
- Adapter flanges with female / male thread (G or NPT)
- Steel adapter flanges for sealing threaded fittings
Stainless steel piping and screw connections for the test system
incl. stainless steel screw connection of the high-pressure hose for external testing
Digital bubble counter
Used for automatic counting of bubbles during seat leakage testing with air/nitrogen.
Digital manometers for air/nitrogen testing/water test
Digital pressure gauge, especially suitable for the uncomplicated recording of measured values during the response pressure test of safety valves.
Protective wall
Base frame made of aluminium profiles between clamping device and control panel, equipped with clear 6mm polycarbonate panes (Makrolon).
Adapter flanges for internal sealing of shut-off valves, especially for ball valves
The adapter flanges are suitable for internal sealing of shut-off valves.
Quick flange lock
Quick-flange closures are used to close valves and pipelines with flanged ends without multi-fittings, nuts, blind flanges, gaskets and without additional tools.
Manual flange cap
The flange seal is used for closing fittings with flange ends in various nominal sizes, suitable for test benches without an upper test table
Drive control
Separate control box for controlling the actuators of shut-off valves and control valves (pneumatic/electro-pneumatic).
Flow meter
Flow meter for detecting seat leakage with air or water.
