The PDM machines are designed for machining axial and face machining of valve housings (gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves), pumps and similar rotationally symmetrical components.
These CNC-controlled turning machines for valves have infinitely variable speed control as well as infinitely variable axial and radial feeds (Z and X axes), which enable simultaneous movement of both axes at different speeds.
Stationary precision CNC lathes for valves (SPM)
The CNC-controlled machining centers of the SPM series open up a wide range of high-precision machining options for your valve workshop.
The machines of the SPM series have either 1 or 2 precision tilting tables (±12°, accuracy ±10") and have been optimized for the efficient machining of valves. Due to the flexible design, they can also be used for other machining tasks.
