Düren, February 27, 2024: As a committed company, EFCO is committed to the successful training of young people. In cooperation with the BZE Euskirchen, EFCO trains mechatronics technicians. The aim is to strengthen the team with qualified and motivated junior staff, and at the same time contribute to securing skilled workers in the region.
“For us, training young people is an investment in the future,” Martina Effenberger, Managing Director of EFCO Maschinenbau GmbH, explains. “With our joint training program, we enable talented young people to receive sound training in a future-oriented profession.”
During their training, the apprentices pass through various departments of the company and thus get to know all facets of the profession. They are supervised by experienced trainers and have the opportunity to put their skills and abilities into practice.
Training manager Inge Becker adds: “The cooperative training program is an excellent opportunity to combine theory and practice. The trainees benefit from the expertise of two experienced partners.”
EFCO is proud to play an active role in promoting the next generation of skilled workers in the region. The company is convinced that collaborative training is an important building block in meeting the challenges of the future.
The collaborative training program is funded by the European Union and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
